The Centre of Excellence for Public Health NI at Queen's University are looking for volunteers to take part in a project aimed at helping older people increase their levels of physical activity.
- Do you want support to increase your physical activity?
- Are you 60 – 70 years old?
- Do you live in the South Eastern or Northern Health Trust Areas?
Taking part in this project may involve you meeting with a peer mentor to do some walking and fun activities. A peer mentor is someone who is aged between 60 – 70 years and has been trained to help people like you increase your levels of activity.
The Walk with Me Study is being run by researchers from the Centre for Public Health at Queen’s University Belfast.
