DVD 1 - For someone who is new to physical exercise, or who has not exercised for a long time. This workout is seated only. Length 36 minutes.
DVD 2 - For those who are already doing some regular exercises, this is for you. There are some standing exercises. Length 51 minutes.
DVD 3 - For anyone who enjoys a challenge and is already exercising regularly. We work at a higher intensity, building on what you have already learnt in DVD’s 1 & 2. Length 54 minutes.
