“Pauline is very good.  She came when I had a problem with my heating.  I was told she rang the relevant company to organise a prompt visit, plus she made me a hot drink, a hot water bottle and covered me up.  This isn’t part of her job, but she was caring.  She chats to me whilst she is here, it is nice.”
