This Christmas, thousands of lonely older people in Northumberland will be spending the day alone. 

Get involved with some feative fundraising fun and help us make a difference.

Like sending our digital Christmas cards to friends and family.

Simply download your chosen card,click on the donate button and select the amount you'd like to give.

  • Christmas Jumper Day

    Do you and your colleagues like to dress up? Hold a Christmas Jumper Day and ask for a donation from everyone that takes part. Remember to take plenty of photos and sbe sure to share on social media so that we can thank you!

  • Raffles

    Raffles and tomobolas can raise lots of vital funds and they are lots of fun for everyone that participates. You can organise one at work, in your local pub or restaurant or with a community group.

  • Pantomime Collections

    Is your drama group holding a panto this year? Age UK Northumberland can help you to organise collections following the show to ensure that all of your fundraising benefits the older people in the county.

  • Gift Wrapping Service

    Wrap gifts on behalf of your family and friends for a fee. You will be helping them to organise Christmas and raising money for a good cause.

  • Christmas Fayres

    If you would like to raise money for the older people of Northumberland this Christmas, why not hold a Christmas Fayre in your local community. Raise money from a bake sale or raffle or charge stall holders for a table. An Age UK Northumberland representative would be happy to come along and help.

  • Donations Instead of Cards

    Christmas is about giving, this year why not ask family and friends to make a donation on your behalf instead of receiving presents. You could also donate to Age UK Northumberland instead of sending Christmas Cards - leave a special messae for your loved ones on our JustGiving page - donate.

  • Christmas Carolling

    Christmas carols are a magical part of the season, if you like to sing, why not get a group of friends and family together for Carol Concert? If you are getting involved in street collections please contact Northumberland County Council for a permit.
