Age UK Medway expands to include North West Kent

Age UK Medway have been working closely with Age UK North West Kent to find a way to sustain the services provided to older people across the boroughs of Dartford and Gravesham, and as a result Age UK Medway will be taking over the services in North West Kent, in order to preserve the vital wellbeing support for local older people.
