Growing older brings with it change – some planned, others unexpected. We offer support to help you through life events such as gearing up for retirement, changing jobs, divorce or separation, moving home, becoming a carer or bereavement. Having a helping hand at times like these can help you make sense of your options and know someone is on your side.
How we can help you
Planning for the future: You will have a dedicated Later Life advisor who will work with you to plan out what changes you want to make in your life, and then provide you options to make those changes. Looking ahead will give you time to understand your options and think through the best thing for you and your family.
Crisis support: We know somethings can’t be planned for, so we will chat through with you what has happened and prioritise with you what needs to be done to manage the situation and get you back to where you want to be.
Support and guidance: Planned or unplanned, we will support you over a number of weeks, offering a mixture of face-to-face, telephone and online support to see how things are going and deal with any set-backs, or you can share with us how you are adjusting to your new way of life.

Our Later Life Planning Service can also be used as an employee benefit, tailored to suit the needs of your company and your staff. We offer supportive, expert and independent advice to deal with major life events, and you’ll be helping to support a local charity at the same time - it’s a perfect way of making sure your employees are ready for all the changes later life can bring.
