Lasting Power of Attorney – 25% discount and charity donation

Clapham and Collinge Solicitors have chosen Age UK Norwich as one of four charities to receive a donation per Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) appointment made during January 2020. The donation will be £40 per LPA. They are also offering a 25% discount off the price so there is double the incentive to start the new year with getting your affairs in order and helping out a local cause.
LPA's are crucial to plan for the future and ensure financial and/or health affairs are managed in the event of an incapacitating illness, accident or injury. At the point they are needed, they are invaluable! The Age UK website has some useful information to explain how they work and what they are for. With people living longer, with more complex health conditions, planning ahead is sage advice and part of ensuring your affairs are in order when the time comes. This removes complexity and unnecessary legal delays, which is the last thing you want if your loved one has become ill or injured.
