Gift drive gives warmth this Christmas

We are delighted to be working with Jorges Restaurant again this year as part of their Giving Back to the Local Community campaign, and this year we're calling on both the public and local organisations to help us by donating gifts on our Amazon Wishlist to put in a winter well pack for older people facing Christmas alone.

For many older people, this year has been a terrifying and isolating year. We were already facing a loneliness epidemic but, as a result of the pandemic, this crisis has intensified, and this winter will see hundreds of older people in Norwich struggle to stay well and warm as they face spending Christmas alone – some for the first time.

Together with the help of Norwich Door to Door and the generous donations from the public, we will be delivering a winter well gift pack to some of the most vulnerable older people of Norwich to let them know someone is thinking of them.
