Many people in Norwich live alone or experience loneliness in their lives. No one should feel alone if they don't want to, and it's been proven to be as damaging as smoking up to 15 cigarettes a day!

We'll match you with one of our trained volunteers, based on similar interests and location to you and what you would like to do.

Whether it's a walk in the park, a coffee in the local cafe, help with shopping or using public transport, they'll be there for companionship.

Our Impact:

• 56% of clients progressed into a community activity group with our support.
• 78% reported being more active.
• 100% of our clients said our support improved their wellbeing.
• 30% benefited from enablers, such as mobility aids, financial support.
• 83% said our support helped them cope.
