Things to do in Broxtowe

Published on 13 March 2018 11:44 AM

Did you know that as you get older you should increase your activity and it is important that you remain active.

There's strong evidence that people who are active have a lower risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, some cancers, depression, and dementia. Most people as they get older want to keep in touch with society – their community, friends, and neighbours – and being active can ensure you keep doing that. There are lots of ways you can get active and it’s not just about exercising. Why not take a look at the list of things to do within your neighbourhood in Broxtowe.

Try something new and give something a go today and stay independent well into old age!
