Best Foot Forward Walks are Back

Do you want to stay active and make new friends? Why not join one of our guided health walks?

Best Foot Forward provides the opportunity for people to take part in safe and supported Health Walks that are accredited by Walking For Health. We offer a programme of weekly walks in open spaces across the city throughout the week plus a longer ‘progression walk’ once a month. The walks enable people to enjoy the health benefits of being more active. In addition, the group environment offers the opportunity for social interaction, helps reduce isolation, improves mental health, and provides encouragement to stay active.
