Help at Home Community Support Worker

This post involves providing a Help at Home Community Support service as required by individual clients living in their own homes. This involves a range of domestic tasks, including cleaning, shopping, escorted shopping trips or appointments, assisting with correspondence and a sitting service for clients of the Help at Home Community Support.

 
Rapid Responder

This post involves providing a commissioned service as agreed with the NHS at the point of discharge for individuals living in their own homes. It will involve a variety of different task which may include, collection of patients from hospital, helping them to get to appointments, basic food preparation, light cleaning, shopping and collecting prescriptions for them.
