We operate a day care service offering those aged 50+ within the Plymouth area an enjoyable and friendly atmosphere to socially engage.
We provide a safe, enriching, social setting for over 50s where guests can feel supported in their needs, while feeling socially included, valued and fulfilled. Guests have the opportunity to engage in a variety of meaningful and stimulating activities which have positive impacts on physical and mental wellbeing.
Our friendly, experienced support staff understand the importance of a personal approach to care, and we deliver a special service that aims to improve quality of life and promote independence. We believe that it’s not about what I can’t do… it’s about what I can do.
The Day Centre can be a lifeline for many, keeping loneliness and boredom at bay. We provide well needed support and respite to carers and peace of mind that your loved ones are not only safe and being cared for, but are thriving!
Day Care Services
- Offers an enjoyable day out in a friendly, safe, and comfortable environment
- Offers flexible day care to suit the individual needs (ranging from three hour sessions to a full day)
- Offers day respite for carers

- Refreshments are available on arrival and throughout the session, our in house catering team can provide home cooked meals which clients enjoy together
