If you would like to get involved, there are lots of things you can do. Whether you want to give your time by volunteering, take part in a fundraising event, or help with our campaigns, your help would be much appreciated.

We rely on your support to keep helping older people in Redbridge, Barking&Dagenham and Havering. Any donation, no matter how much, is greatly appreciated. During the current Corona Virus we are trying to help as many people as we can so your donations are evn more important.

Our amazing volunteers help us to do so much in Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham and Havering. Whether you have an hour or a day to spare, we have lots of opportunities for volunteers.

Voices of Experience
Voices of Experience gives older people in Redbridge the opportunity to have their views heard. You can help us by joining our questionnaire group and completing our questionnaires 3-4 times a year. Visit our Voices of Experience page to find out more.
