This is a chargeable service (by the hour) and fees are discussed with the Home Services Coordinator once you have a cleaning and/or shopping agreement in place. Payment is by card over the phone to our Head Office or by a monthly invoice.

Our Home Services offer a professional and reliable cleaning and shopping service.
Home Services
We offer weekly cleaning and shopping at a minimum of one hour per week. We make every effort to schedule the service at a time most convenient to you.
Our cleaners
We employ trained and experienced Assistants/Cleaners all of whom are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (police/criminal record check). The same Assistant/Cleaner will come to you every time.
Before you commit to the service, our Home Services Co-ordinator will visit you in your own home to discuss your requirements.
General household cleaning
The service can include:
• Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
• Polishing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Ironing
• Bed linen changes
• Help with laundry
• Internal window cleaning
We require you to provide your usual cleaning materials and vacuum cleaner.
Shopping service
We offer a shopping service, if you are unable to shop for yourself and would like regular shopping done for you. Customers prepare a shopping list and phone our office with the shopping order ahead of the shopping day. Our Assistant will go to the shop/supermarket of your choice and bring back your shopping and help to put it away.
