PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR EXERCISE CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY NOT TAKING PLACE DUE TO COVID-19, HOWEVER, WE WILL BE RUNNING SOME ON-LINE COURSES, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF YOU WISH TO TAKE PART

Our exercise classes are split into two groups:

Extend classes are chair-based exercises. All classes include a resting period for tea, coffee, biscuits, and chatter!
(Scarborough) "The Street", on Thursdays, from 10:00 to 11:00, and then 11:30 to 12:30.
(Filey) "The Evron Centre", on Tuesdays, from 10:00 to 11:00.

Otago classes are gentle exercises, designed to reduce falls and trips. You can either get referred by your health specialist or you can self-refer through the office. These classes focus on strengthening the leg muscles, retraining balance, and include a walking plan.
(Scarborough) "The Street", on Thursdays, at 13:30.
(Filey) "The Evron Centre", on Tuesdays, at 11:30.
