We are working towards a Scotland where everyone can love later life. That means inspiring people to see that they can change their own and others' later life for the better, enabling people to make those changes, and supporting those older people who are struggling as they live longer to achieve better, happier, healthier lives.

    We run a helpline for older people, their families and carers.

    We fund and support over 1,000 member groups for older people across Scotland.
  • Information & Advice

    Our publications cover a wide variety of topics from pensions to mental health.
  • Early Stage Dementia

    We have a team dedicated to improving public awareness of Dementia.
  • Money Matters Project

    Roadshow running workshops on benefits, paying for care and more.
  • Veterans' Project

    Working to ensure veterans can enjoy the best possible health and wellbeing in later life
  • Campaigns

    We campaign on the issues that older people tell us matter to them and ensure their voices are heard.
