Challenge yourself to go the extra mile for Scotland's older people, and become an active fundraiser for Age Scotland.
You don't have to be super-fit or have run a mile in your life - it's never too late to start. From walks and fun runs to world-renowned marathons, there is a great selection of events to choose from. Love walking? Why not take part in the Great Scottish Walk. Prefer running? Challenge yourself with the Big Fun Run or Edinburgh Marathon. There really is an event for everyone.
Giving some of your time to raise some money for Age Scotland will help combat loneliness in older people across Scotland, as well as providing them with vital information and advice. It’s also a fantastic way to get fit and feel good. Everyone is a winner!
