Help us be there for older people by signing up to this exciting Iceland Lava Trek.

Feel the burn on this five day volcanic adventure in Iceland's Southern Highlands. Experience lava crossings to glistening glaciers from small streams to raging rivers, trekking does not get more dramatic than this.

Starting in Landmannalauger we will climb through the mountains on all sorts of terrain, tackling rocky stretches, snow fields and expanses of black rock. Camping among the rocks at night, we will get the special chance to swim in a fresh water lake, see stars unspoiled by light pollution and end with a visit to the Blue Lagoon geo thermal spa.

Who can take part: This trek is suitable for anyone aged 18 and above, however you must be reasonably fit and undertake a training programme prior to departing on this challenge.
