Payment options: 

Option A. Sponsorship
Non refundable deposit of £299, minimum sponsorship £3450 (80% of minimum sponsorship due 10 weeks before challenge) £200 trekking permit as well as Airport Tax and Fuel Surcharge Contribution of £250.

Option B. Self-funding
Non refundable deposit of £349, self funding payment of £1420 (due 10 weeks before challenge) plus any additional funds raised. £200 trekking permit as well as Airport Tax and Fuel Surcharge Contribution of £250

Imagine feeling alone and isolated, with no one to talk to day after day. This is the harsh reality for many older people in Scotland today.

Help us change that by taking on this exhilarating trekking the iconic Inca Trail.

The trek will take you on a journey to discover the lost city of Machu Picchu via the Sun Gate. You will begin the trek in the Inca Capital of Cusco, a city full of colonial charm, hidden deep in the Andes Mountains. The inca Trail will lead you along gushing rivers, through ancient tunnels and over high mountain passed to the Sun Gate. The magnificent lost city of Machu Picchu will appear through the morning mist. 

Who can take part: This trek is suitable for all abilities with the correct training, the minimum age is 18 years although 14-17 year olds can take part if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. It is recommended have a relatively good cardiovascular fitness. The fitter you are the more you will be able to enjoy the challenge.
