Imagine feeling alone and isolated, with no one to talk to day after day. This is the harsh reality for many older people in Scotland today.

Help us change that by taking on this exhilarating trekking adventure to the top of Africa as we summit Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain standing at 5,895m. 

The trek will take you along the Machame route, allowing you to gradulally acclimatise to the altitue as you climb the summit. through dense tropical rainforrest all the way up to the snow-capped peak to witness the breath taking views. You can sign up to conquer the great Mount Kilimanjaro. 

Who can take part: This trek is suitable for all abilities, the minimum age is 18 years although 13-17 year olds can take part if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. It is recommended have a relatively good cardiovascular fitness.
