Distance: Approximately 1,000 miles
Challenge level: Extreme

 

Payment options: 

Option A. Sponsorship
Non refundable deposit of £349, minimum sponsorship £2850 (80% of minimum sponsorship due 10 weeks before challenge)

Option B. Self-funding
Non refundable deposit of £349, self funding payment of 1425 (due 10 weeks before challenge) plus any additional funds raised. 

Imagine feeling alone and isolated, with no one to talk to day after day. This is the harsh reality for many older people in Scotland today.

Help us change that by taking on this exciting challenge which takes you on one of the UK's toughest cycling challenges. Cycle through three countries and twelve counties. From the rocky cliffs and pounding seas of Land's End, through the rolling hills of Dartmoor, the stunning  mountains  of  the  Lake  District and along the lochs of Great Glen to our finish line at the northernmost point of the UK mainland, this challenge really will test you to your limits!

 

Who can take part: This trek is suitable for all abilities, it is one of the toughest cycling challenges but it is achievable by anyone as long as your fitness train before. The minimum age is 18 years although 14-17 year olds can take part if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. It is recommended have a relatively good cardiovascular fitness.
