About the Three Peaks Challenge

Duration: 3 days
Distance: Approximately 42km
Challenge level: Extreme

Payment options: 

Option A. non refundable deposit of £75, minimum sponsorship £760 (80% of minimum sponsorship due 10 weeks before challenge)
Option B. non refundable deposit of £75, self funding payment of £380 (due 10 weeks before challenge) plus any additional funds raised. 

Imagine feeling alone and isolated, with no one to talk to day after day. This is the harsh reality for many older people in Scotland today.

Help us change that by taking on this classic trekking challenge whilst exploring picturesque mountain ranges and discovering stunning scenery. 

Beginning the challenge in the scenic Glen Nevis Valley all the way to Snowdonia National Park you will take on the UK's classic Three Peaks Challenge. The trek will include Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Mount Snowdon with the aim of completing the total trek in 15 hours or less. Have you got what it takes? 

Who can take part: This trek is suitable for all abilities, with the correct training. The minimum age is 18 years although 14-17 year olds can take part if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. It is recommended have a relatively good cardiovascular fitness and train correctly beforehand.
