Payment options: 

Option A. Sponsorship
Non refundable deposit of £399, minimum sponsorship £3150 (80% of minimum sponsorship due 10 weeks before challenge) and Airport Tax and Fuel Surcharge Contribution: £250

Option B. Self-funding
Non refundable deposit of £399, self funding payment of £1575 (due 10 weeks before challenge) plus any additional funds raised. As well as Airport Tax and Fuel Surcharge Contribution: £250

Imagine feeling alone and isolated, with no one to talk to day after day. This is the harsh reality for many older people in Scotland today.

Help us change that by taking on this exciting challenge exploring two of the most fascinating countries in South East Asia. cycle off the tourist trail and explore real vietnam and cambodia. You'll be greeted by intrigued locals as you ride through the bustling coconut groves and thriving river communities at the heart of the Mekong Delta and the stilted villages and mysterious temples of Angkor. 

Who can take part: This trek is suitable for all abilities, it is one of the toughest cycling challenges but it is achievable by anyone as long as your fitness train before. The minimum age is 18 years although 14-17 year olds can take part if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. It is recommended have a relatively good cardiovascular fitness.
