Imagine feeling alone and isolated, with no one to talk to day after day. This is the harsh reality for many older people in Scotland today.

Help us be there for older people by signing up to the Scottish West Highland Way Trek in 2022. Discover the incredible natural beauty of the Scottish Highlands, taste Whisky fresh from a local Distillery and enjoy an optional first class ride on the world famous Jacobit Steam Train aka, the Hogwarts Express on our unbeatable Highland Adventure.

Setting off just outside Glasgow, we will trek on clear paths and trails alongside the magical Loch Lomond and freshwater rivers to the North. We will wind or way through forested hills, ancient woodland and the amazing Munro and Mamore mountains with views of Ben Nevis, the Glenfinnan Viaduct and the Buchaille Mor Etive in the heart of Glencoe.

Who can take part: This trek is suitable for ramblers and for anyone looking for a challenge. It is the perfect motivation to get fit, improve your own mental and physical health in a magical adventure.
