Time to Talk Tea Party
If there’s ever been a better time for a get together, we honestly can’t think of one. As the weather gets warmer, and we get back to normal life, why not host a tea party with your friends, family or colleagues and raise funds for Age Scotland. Bake or buy some goodies, get the kettle on and have some fun. It is good to talk. Plus you'll be helping to support vulnerable older people in Scotland.
With more than half of older people feeling lonelier than they did pre-pandemic, every £5 raised will fund a friendship call to an older person who is feeling alone and isolated. It is heart-breaking to think that over 200,000 older people in Scotland go at least half a week without speaking to anyone.
With your help, we can be there for them.
