Job Title: Sales Arranger
Salary: £17,250 per annum + benefits
Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon – Fri, 9am-5pm)
Age Scotland Enterprises Limited is a social enterprise company that offers products and services to the over 50’s through its two outlets in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Profits generated are gift-aided to help fund the work of the wider Charity, Age Scotland and ultimately help everyone love later life.
Through exceptional customer service, the successful candidate will inform and introduce our range of award winning insurance products and other services to our existing customers and new enquirers. Working as part of an enthusiastic and professional team you will be adaptable to the constantly changing needs from the business and our customer base.
We are looking for someone with:
- The ability to build a rapport with customers both face to face and over the phone
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexibly within a small dynamic team
- Ability to work occasionally in our Glasgow office
- Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A background in financial services is a bonus.
Whilst this role is in a regulated sales environment, prior experience is not essential as all necessary training will be provided.
Closing date: 9pm on Sunday 28th October 2018.
Interviews will be held in Edinburgh during the week commencing 5th November.
