Symptoms and how to stay safe
NHS Inform has the latest guidance about COVID-19 from NHS Scotland and the Scottish Government, including what to do if you feel unwell, social distancing and stay at home advice. Click here to visit their website.
For people who were shielding – if you were shielding and you need further support you can call your local authority’s coronavirus helpline, which you can find here.
The Scottish Government has launched a campaign called Clear Your Head which provides tips and idea to help people who are worried right now, as well as link for help and support. Click here to find out more.
Help in your local area
Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) has added a page where you can search for voluntary groups helping in your area during the Covid19 Crisis.
COVID Mutual Aid Covid-19 Mutual Aid UK is a group of volunteers supporting local community groups organising mutual aid throughout the Covid-19 outbreak in the UK.
