Age inclusive customer service survey
We are developing a new training session on the topic of Age Inclusive Customer Service. This training will be delivered to companies and will support them to develop customer service practices which work for older customers and provide positive experiences and results for people over the age of 65.
As part of the consultation process we are inviting you to share your views on what works and doesn’t work for you in the world of customer services by completing our online survey. Whether it be buying things in a shop or online, opening a bank account, taking out gym membership or booking a holiday, what have been your positive and negative experiences with customer service teams? What can companies do to provide a better service for older people?
