As the number of people living with dementia is forecast to double in the next 25 years, more and more of the customers using your products and services will be affected by dementia, either directly or as a carer.
Our CPD accredited, tailored and virtual workshop which take place over 3 hours enables staff in all types of customer facing roles to support and interact with customers in a dementia friendly way, and have a better understanding of the issues faced by people living with dementia.

Appropriate communication skills and other strategies for making face-to-face and telephone interactions more inclusive of customers living with dementia.
Understanding the ways in which customer service systems and processes can be modified to make them more appropriate for people living with dementia.
