To submit an online nomination for the 2022 Age Scotland Awards, please complete the form below and press submit.

Please remember...

• You can nominate an individual or group for more than one category. If nominating for more than one category, make sure you show how your nominee meets the criteria for all the applicable categories.
• You can nominate an individual or group even if they’ve been nominated before.
• Nominees can be any individual or group operating within Scotland. However, nominees for the “Member Group of the Year” award must be Age Scotland member groups.
• The judging panel reserves the right to select a nominee under a different category from the one the nominating person suggests.
• The deadline for nominations is 11.59pm on 31st July 2022. 
• The judging panel will meet in August and we will contact all nominators and nominees in September 2022 .
• We will invite Awards winners and their guests to a special celebration lunch and ceremony to be held in Glasgow on 25th October 2022.
