Age Scotland provides information, advice and friendship to older ex-service personnel through Unforgotten Forces, a consortium of charities working to support ex-Armed Forces, training for veterans and a wide range of free advice and information guides.
Anyone who has served one day and more with HM Armed Forces as a Regular, Reservist, National Serviceman or Merchant Mariner may be entitled to extra opportunities and support, which can help in later life.
We also offer friendship and social connection through our Comradeship Circles, which bring ex-servicemen and women together through telephone chats.
Information and advice
If you have had at least one day's paid service in the Armed Forces, including Reserves and National Service, you may have additional rights and be eligible for extra support.
