Local MP holds listening event with Age UK Sheffield

Age UK Sheffield Chief Executive, Steve Chu, held a panel event with local MP Gill Furniss, answering questions on a range of older people's issues.

Steve and Gill answered questions on a range of issues, including housing, finance, travel, and health and social care, in the session held at Sheffield Town Hall.

Steve said: "The issues raised were on similar topics to the thousands of enquiries from older people handled every year by Age UK Sheffield. Gill was committed to listening to older people's issues and taking them back to Parliament, and we are delighted to support her in representing the views of people aged 50 or over in Sheffield."
