Sheffield has an amazing variety of services providing activities, groups, and support for people living with dementia, their carers and family/friends. Our People Keeping Well (PKW) Partners provide a huge variety of services across communities in Sheffield. You may wish to refer people to these services as many have been created for people with dementia.

To find a service, simply search through the categories of service provision, and click to view everything on offer within that category. Please note that Dementia Day service provisions are listed separately and can be found by clicking here.

This list has been designed to provide a helpful resource to professionals who work with people living with dementia in order to make referrals or recommendations about accessing these services in their community.

We endeavour to keep this list as accurate and up to date as possible however this is not an exgaustive list of provisions available. The organisations that provide services included in this list are varied and include People Keeping Well Partners, Charities, independent businesses and other third sector organisations. If your organisation provides a service that you wish to be included or if you provide a service that has new dates/change of venue/info etc. please get in touch via email to let us know.
