Swale Borough Council's Covid Winter Support Scheme
Swale Borough Council's Covid Winter Support Scheme has been set up to provide essential food support to resident's homes for those experiencing:
*Financial hardship
*Self-isolating from a positive Covid-19 test or from Track & Trace
*Fleeing domestic abuse
*Living in temporary accommodation
*Recently discharged from hospital
The support is ongoing throughout these Winter months, beginning now and ending 31 March 2021.
Residents can fill out an online application form that will be processed by SBC's Community Support Team.
For those of you that fo not have access to the Internet, or are uncomfortable completing the online form, please contact our Rosemary House Centre on (01795) 662562 and a member of our team will gladly assist.
