Age UK Somerset is an independent local charity leading teams of staff and volunteers to provide information and other services that create opportunities for people in later life.

Our Information & Advice team is at the heart of our organisation, providing a service directly to older people and others who need advice on issues affecting older people.

This post is based in our Taunton office providing information and advice to our clients, mainly over the telephone. Liaison with our volunteer team and co-ordinating home visits across Somerset and North Somerset is also key to delivering the service.
