FAQ’s

Who is this service for?

The service is for those aged 50 and above, or those under 50 who may be struggling to cut their own nails. The importance of good foot care cannot be over-emphasised and we encourage anyone to ensure that their feet remain healthy, helping them maintain good mobility and staying active.

How much does it cost?

Each appointment is £20 per session and there is no fee to join the service beyond the cost per appointment.

What does an appointment involve?

Our trained Foot Health Practitioner will trim your nails as well as providing a general check-up for your feet, keeping an eye out for any signs of anything else that may cause problems later and making sure you can arrange any future treatment that you may need.

How long is an appointment?

Your appointment time may vary depending on the condition of your feet, however you can expect each appointment to take no longer than 20 minutes.

Will you visit me at home as I’m unable to get to one of your clinics?

Unfortunately we do not have a home visiting service at present, however we have various venues available across the whole of South Gloucestershire. If you do need a home visit please call us on 01454 411707 (option 4) and we can provide information on private services available elsewhere.

How will you ensure my safety due to COVID-19?

We have worked hard to ensure the safety of our clients and practitioners in the current climate. We have set aside extra time between each appointment to allow for thorough cleaning to take place and all of our Foot Health Practitioners will be wearing the correct PPE. We ask that (unless you are exempt) you wear a face covering for the entire time that you are within one of our venues.

How do I pay for the appointment?

You pay the practitioner when you attend the appointment, however please bear in mind that they can only accept cash or cheques at present.

How do I make an appointment?

Please call us on 01454 411 707 and choose option 4 to speak to one of our reception team who’ll be able to book you into your nearest clinic.
