As a Volunteer Exercise Class Leader you will teach a series of seated exercises to local older people helping them keep fit and active.

As a Volunteer you will help deliver:

  • Classes across South Lakeland in Community buildings
  • Exercises that are designed to improve balance, flexibility and strength
  • Classes that are fun and sociable and make a real difference to the lives of older people.
