Age-friendly Communities Social Media Day

Today we are celebrating the UK Network of Age-friendly Communities as we come together to share ways, initiatives and practices that will allow our communities to become age-friendly. Age UK Stockport are proud to be an #AgeFriendly Community and part of the UK Network. The network works together to ensure that all older people are respected, listened to, and can contribute to decision making in the communities that they live.
