Age UK Sutton is an independent, local charity that has served Sutton for over 25 years. Every year, the work we do helps thousands of local older people, their carers, families and friends to make the most of later life. We are looking for Social Prescribing Link Workers to work with adults in Sutton, supporting them to find lasting solutions to social issues and personal challenges.
We are looking for part-time Support Workers to join our Help At Home service to support older people to live independently, safely and happily at home.
