Social Prescribing Link Worker

Are you passionate about supporting older people to become more active and engaged in their community?  We are recruiting a Community Connections Officer to support the Let’s Connect service to support older people in the Borough of Sutton to alleviate loneliness and isolation.

We are looking for a Social Prescribing Link Worker to work with adults in Sutton, supporting them to find lasting solutions to social issues and personal challenges.

Rapid Response Support Worker
Support Worker

Age UK Sutton are recruiting a new team of Rapid Response Support Workers providing short-term practical support to older people in their homes across the Borough of Sutton.

We are looking for part-time Support Workers to join our Help At Home service to support older people to live independently, safely and happily at home.
