Build better balance, strength and flexibility.

How postural stability helps

  • Improves stability during standing, walking and other functional movements.
  • Develops balance, strengthens the muscles around the hips, knees and ankles.
  • Increases functional flexibility and reduces the likelihood of falling.
  • Improves daily living and reduces hospital admission.

Our classes are delivered by a fully qualified postural stability instructor. Past attendees have commented on how beneficial the course has been for their health and confidence.

Postural Stability classes run every Tuesday from 10.15 AM to 11.15 AM at Sutton Library, St. Nicholas Way, Sutton SM1 1EA (view on map)
