How postural stability helps
- Improves stability during standing, walking and other functional movements.
- Develops balance, strengthens the muscles around the hips, knees and ankles.
- Increases functional flexibility and reduces the likelihood of falling.
- Improves daily living and reduces hospital admission.
Postural Stability classes run every Tuesday from 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM at Sutton Library, St. Nicholas Way, Sutton SM1 1EA (view on map)
