As a customer of Age UK Sutton, you have a right to complain if you are not satisfied. If you have a complaint about a service, the first thing to do is talk to the person you normally deal with at Age UK Sutton. Your complaint will be treated in strict confidence. Very often, this is all that is needed to resolve the problem.
If you are not satisfied with the response or feel unable to discuss it with the individual, then please use the online form to contact us or submit your complaint marked for the attention of the CEO to our offices.
We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within five working days. Your complaint will be dealt with as quickly as possible. We will write to inform you of the outcome.
