We currently have space available for a community group or organisation at our central Ashton Independent Living Centre.
The space comprises of two adjoined offices, a stock room, on-site parking and use of a small kitchen.
Rent is £10,000 per annum and includes two car parking spaces, utilities, rates, building management, reception and service charge. It does not include telephone, IT and cleaning fees.
Office one measures 7x5 metres. Office two measures 6.7x4.7 metres. The stock room measures 2.4x1.5 metres.
