We can help you learn how to turn it on, update it etc., as well as use apps, the internet, email, Skype, Facebook and twitter - as well as a range of other things you may have only heard of from your grandchildren.
The internet is a fascinating place to find out an amazing array of information and if you haven’t tried it you are missing out!
Got family and friends who no longer live close enough to visit? Losing touch? What better way to keep in touch than email or actually see them as you talk with Skype / Facetime wherever they are in the world.

Technology - stay connected with friends and family
Keeping in touch with friends and family has never been more important.
Age UK Trafford have been connecting with as many people as possible to try and ensure that people hear a friendly voice and have someone to talk to and be listened to.
Video calls have provided us with a great way of interacting with people, either individually or in small groups.
Video calls are reliant on the internet and either a mobile phone, tablet, laptop or computer that have a camera installed. Below are some quick links that will help you understand the options available.
