Valentine's Day is most commonly associated with romantic love, with millions of people sending cards, gifts and flowers to their partners each year.
However this February the 14th, we'd like to encourage you to spread care and compassion to the older people in your life.
Whether you visit someone at home or simply pick up the phone, a small act of kindness could really make someone's day.
