Bank Crisis Co-ordinator

Salary:  £10.96 per hours

Location: Brighton

Age UK West Sussex, Brighton and Hove enables older people to Love Later Life.  We deliver a range of services and activities to meet older people’s needs.  Our aims are to promote the well-being of all older people, make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience and enable people to flourish.

The crisis service provides short term personalised care to clients who require additional support. Our clients may be returning home from hospital to needing a little bit more support at home to prevent hospital admission. As the crisis care coordinator you will work closely with the manager of the service to ensure referrals are processed in a timely way, the rota is covered and carers and clients are well supported.

This post requires you to have a full driving licence and use of a car.
