First Point of Contact (FPOC) Information Database Administrator
Hours: 37 per week, occasional evening and weekend working will be required.
Salary: £20,500 FTE
Location: Littlehampton or Horsham Office or other AUKWSBH location to be confirmed. Travel to other sites will be required.

We have an exciting opportunity and we are looking to recruit an exceptionally organised, proactive, and methodical person to join our First Point of Contact (FPOC) team. You will be coordinating and developing our information database, providing administrative, online and telephone support to our FPOC Team and ensuring that FPOC across the organisation has access to a single source of up-to-date information to help support clients. You will work with every team and service across the organisation, along with external partners to ensure information is up to date and accurate.
The successful applicant will have experience of database management and development along with excellent research, communication, IT and computer skills and outstanding people skills for this exciting and varied role.
The role will require a full driving licence as travel between Age UK West Sussex, Brighton and Hove sites will be required.
