Cancer Patient Support

We are working in partnership with Macmillan to provide practical and emotional support to people aged 60+ who have been diagnosed with cancer and are currently receiving treatment.
Support available includes befriending and emotional support, shopping, light housework, collecting prescriptions and support with hospital discharge.
