A Lasting Power of Attorney is a legal document that allow you to appoint one or more people to help make decisions or make decisions on your behalf, when you are no longer able to. It is reassuring to know that somebody you have chosen and trust is able to make decisions for you, rather than a stranger that you do not know or trust.
